Expressions of Love reveals Teresa’s feelings of joy as well as her yearnings for completeness, moments of doubt, and sought-after promises. She wrote the first poem at age 15. Entitled “What You Are To Me,” it appears on page 20. The other poems in this collection quickly followed, with the entire collection being completed between the years 1988 and 1989.

Expressions of Love represents the beginning of Ms. Santos’ creativity and hints of future works to come.

Author

Teresa has one child, a son, Kanhi. Kanhi, who was born November 14, 1995, has inherited the gift of poetic verse from his mom, Teresa. In fact, he has an entry in this book, also.
